This weekend has been fun. On Saturday Jack had a Mariachi Band gig with his kiddos at the Greeley Cinco de Mayo celebration. The kids were cute, as always, and they sang very well. Before the gig we visited our friends with the new baby. They are doing very well. We went to Subway with everyone, including the baby, for lunch. After the gig we had dinner with more friends. We decided that Cinco de Mayo was the official start of Margarita Season. And once again I lost at Pop Culture Trivial Pursuit. I did suprise myself by gaining three pie pieces. Jack, uncharacteristically, also lost. He usually wipes the floor with everyone at this game.
It is now Sunday and Jack is preparing to run 5 miles on the treadmill. After he finishes his run we will play in the dirt again. YEAH! How was your weekend?
